Christopher is our Founder, inspirational compass and leads product development.
Before founding HUBB, Christopher served in the US ARMY, where he joined USAMRIID. USAMRIID’s biomedical laboratory and vivarium research capabilities are world-renowned and are one of the cornerstones of our national research program within the National Interagency Biodefense. Christopher worked in the pathophysiology division specializing in toxins while performing lung and liver perfusions.
As a motorsports enthusiast and tinkerer, Christopher was frustrated with the poor performance of conventional oil filters as well as their negative environmental impact. This frustration in combination with the experience gained at USAMRIID and the human lung provided the motivation and inspiration to create the HUBB filter. As Christopher says “I wanted to make it better but I also wanted to make our planet better for my kids.”
Executive Vice President of Global Sales
Bob is the Executive Vice President of Global Sales at Hubb Filters Inc.
Bob has over 25 years of sales and marketing leadership experience in the both the Metals and Fleet industries.
His success is driven by understanding the detailed needs of our clients and partnering with them to create meaningful and lasting solutions.
Thinking outside the box and embracing new technologies is an important factor needed for success in our changing markets. This is why Bob joined Hubb, they are offering forward thinking solutions – today.
Before joining HUBB, Scott spent 12 years in the clean tech and renewable energy industries with Sunverge Energy, NRG Energy and Suntech. He has more than 30 years of professional experience that includes leadership and C-level finance roles in capital markets, private equity and M&A with companies such as GE Capital, Platinum Equity and BMO Capital.
Early in his career, Scott earned the certified public accountant (CPA) designation where he worked in accounting and as an auditor. He received his BBA in accounting from Andrews University in 1988 and his MBA in economics and finance from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in 1998.
Steve is a seasoned operator building strong end-to-end supply chain and information technology operations for consumer products companies. Most recently, Steve headed up Operations and IT for an office toys e-commerce company. Prior to that, he served as COO for Wild Planet Entertainment.
Steve views his job as the execution arm of HUBB – delivering industry leading products and services to our customers. “Our products, our team, and our drive to succeed are the things that drew me to HUBB and these will ultimately make us successful”.
Steve graduated with a BS from San Francisco State University
Customer Operations Manager
Rob has been assisting businesses small and large with their operations and customer service efforts for over 15 years. He has a diverse background including Automotive, Technical, and Customer Service.
Prior to joining HUBB, he worked for a reputable e-commerce company as the Customer Service Manager.
Rob has a unique ability to build trust quickly and strong long-term relationships with HUBB’s customers because he puts their needs first.
