Return Policy

If your HUBB Filter is found to be defective in material or workmanship, HUBB will replace your filter with another HUBB filter. HUBB Filters, Inc. will reimburse you for reasonable costs of the parts and labor required to repair your engine or equipment to the extent the damage was solely attributable to a defect in your HUBB filter.

 

How to Submit a Claim:
Customer must, within 30 days after damage occurred, submit a claim to HUBB Filters, Inc. at the following address: 233 Tamalpais Drive, Suite B, Corte Madera, CA 94925. The customer must allow the HUBB Technical Service Dept. to examine the filter and, if required, the engine or equipment, to determine the extent of damage and whether it was caused by a defective HUBB filter. (The filter must be returned, in its original, undamaged condition, to the HUBB Technical Service Dept.)
